I am constantly in an analytical thought process, contemplating, deliberating, choosing to make decissions that I am not always sure about - trying to take it all into account helping others being there when needed deciding when to take time for me - these are all daily concerns that frankly are becoming overwhelming and heavy, I wish to live more free and with less quilt and shame - knowing my heart is in the right place should be plenty to satisfy my critical thoughts
